【摘要】 目的 提高乳糜胸的手术治愈率。方法 对9例乳糜胸行单侧足背淋巴管造影，根据造影结果，7例行胸导管结扎，其中3例加做胸膜固定术。结果 淋巴管造影可显示淋巴外溢部位。开胸术后死亡1例，治愈6例。结论 足背淋巴管造影能显示乳糜淋巴外溢部位，为乳糜胸外科处理方式提供可靠依据。

    【Abstract】 Objective To enhance the operative success of the chylothorax.Methods The unilateral pedal ymphangiography was performed in9cases of chylothorax.According to the results，7patients were received thoracic duct ligation.We fixed the parietal pleura in3cases among them at the same time.Results The pedal lymphangiogˉraphy can show us the lymph overfiow position.1case died after operation，6patients were cured.Conclusion Unilatˉeral pedal lymphangiography can reveal the lymph overflow position.Thus it could provide the reliable basis for the opˉeration on the chylothorax.
